Kişisel Verilerinin Korunması ve İşlenmesi Aydınlatma Metni
6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu kapsamında
6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“Kanun”) uyarınca, veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla hareket eden Softtech Yazılım Teknolojileri Araştırma Geliştirme ve Pazarlama Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“Şirket”) tarafından kişisel verileriniz aşağıda açıklanan kapsamda işlenebilecektir.
1) Kişisel Verilerin İşlenme Amacı ve Hukuki Sebebi
Toplanan kişisel veriler, Kanun’da öngörülen temel ilkelere uygun olarak ve Kanun’un 5. maddesinde belirtilen kişisel veri işleme şartları dahilinde, aşağıdaki amaçlarla ve hukuki sebeplere dayalı olarak işlenebilecektir:

2) Kişisel Verilerinizin Aktarımı ve Aktarım Amaçları
Toplanan kişisel veriler; İşleme Amacının gerçekleştirilmesi doğrultusunda, kanunen yetkili kamu kurumlarına, kanunen yetkili özel kişilere ve aşağıdaki tabloda belirtilen üçüncü kişilere Kanun’un 5. maddesinde düzenlenen veri işleme şartları kapsamında Kanun’un 8. maddesi uyarınca aktarılabilecektir.

3) Kişisel Verilerinizin Toplanmanın Yöntemi
Kişisel verileriniz Şirketimiz tarafından elektronik ortamda çevrimiçi formlar vasıtasıyla işbu Aydınlatma Metni’nin 1. maddesinde yer verilen hukuki sebeplere dayalı olarak toplanmaktadır.
4) Kişisel Verilerinize İlişkin Haklarınız
İlgili kişi olarak Kanun’un 11. maddesi uyarınca aşağıdaki haklara sahip olduğunuzu bildiririz:
- Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme,
- Kişisel verileriniz işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme,
- Kişisel verilerinizin işlenme amacını ve bunların amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme,
- Yurt içinde veya yurt dışında kişisel verilerinizin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme,
- Kişisel verileriniz eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş olması hâlinde bunların düzeltilmesini isteme ve bu kapsamda yapılan işlemin kişisel verilerinizin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme,
- Kanun ve ilgili diğer kanun hükümlerine uygun olarak işlenmiş olmasına rağmen, işlenmesini gerektiren sebeplerin ortadan kalkması hâlinde kişisel verilerinizin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme ve bu kapsamda yapılan işlemin kişisel verilerinizin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme,
- İşlenen verilerinizin münhasıran otomatik sistemler vasıtasıyla analiz edilmesi suretiyle aleyhinize bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme,
- Kişisel verilerinizin kanuna aykırı olarak işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğraması hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme.

Yazılı Başvuru: Kişisel Veri Başvuru Formumuzu doldurarak talebinizi İTÜ Ayazağa Kampüsü Reşitpaşa Mahallesi Katar Caddesi İTÜ Teknokent ARI-3 Binası No: 4 Kat: 4-5 34469 Maslak-Sarıyer/İstanbul adresine ıslak imzalı olarak elden teslim edebilir veya aşağıda yer alan KEP adresine güvenli elektronik imzalı olarak gönderebilirsiniz.

E-Posta Adresi: Tarafınızca tarafımıza daha önce bir e-posta adresi bildirilmiş ve sistemimize kaydedilmiş ise bu kayıtlı bulunan elektronik posta adresini kullanmak suretiyle kvkk@softtech.com.tr adresine de başvuru formunu iletebilirsiniz. (Eğer gönderim yaptığınız e-posta adresi Şirketimizin sisteminde kayıtlı değilse, başvurunuzun güvenli elektronik imza ya da mobil imza ile imzalanması gerekmektedir.)
Talebinizde ilgili mevzuatın gerektirdiği kimlik bilgilerinizle birlikte kullanmak istediğiniz hak/talep açıkça belirtilmelidir.
Tarafımıza iletilen ve mevzuatın gerektirdiği nitelikleri taşıyan talepler, talebin niteliğine göre 30 (otuz) gün içerisinde sonuçlandırılacak ve sonucu tarafınıza talebinizde seçmiş olduğunuz geri bildirim usulüne uygun olarak yazılı veya elektronik ortamda bildirilecektir.

Information Notice on the Protection and Processing of Personal Data
Within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data
Pursuant to the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the “Law”), your personal data may be processed within the scope described below by Softtech Yazılım Teknolojileri Araştırma Geliştirme ve Pazarlama Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (the “Company”), acting in the capacity of data controller.
1) Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing Personal Data
The personal data collected may be processed for the following purposes and on the following legal bases, in accordance with the fundamental principles stipulated in the Law and within the personal data processing conditions specified in Article 5 of the Law:

2) Transfer of Your Personal Data and Transfer Purposes
The personal data collected may be transferred, in line with the realization of the Processing Purpose, to legally authorized public institutions, legally authorized private persons, and to the third parties specified in the table below, within the data processing conditions set out in Article 5 of the Law and pursuant to Article 8 of the Law.

3) Method of Collecting Your Personal Data
Your personal data is collected by our Company electronically, through online forms, based on the legal grounds set out in Article 1 of this Information Notice.
4) Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data
As a data subject, we hereby inform you that you have the following rights pursuant to Article 11 of the Law:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- To request information if your personal data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, domestically or abroad,
- To request the correction of your personal data in case it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, and to request that this be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data where the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant legislation, and to request that this be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- To object to the occurrence of a result against you arising from the analysis of your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- To request the compensation of the damage in case you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

In your request, the right/demand you wish to exercise must be clearly stated, together with the identity information required by the relevant legislation.
Requests submitted to us that bear the qualifications required by the legislation will be concluded within 30 (thirty) days depending on the nature of the request, and the result will be communicated to you in writing or electronically, in accordance with the feedback method you selected in your request.
